About the role
MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a contract position in Deerfield Beach, Florida.
Responsibilities
- Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and MRI principles to operate MRI scanners safely and efficiently.
- Absorb and assist in the diagnosis of disease and injury through observation of image data.
- Ensure patient, staff, and visitor safety within the MRI scanner environment.
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations and practice guidelines.
- Deliver high-quality, cost-effective patient care in a professional manner.
- Maintain a safe work environment for both staff and customers, adhering to national patient safety initiatives.
Requirements
- Completion of a two-year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
- Valid state radiology registration as required by law.
- Eighteen months of MRI tech experience, preferably in a critical care setting.
- Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology.

Pay
Pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
