Travel MRI Technologist - $2,486 per week
About the role
American Traveler is hiring a travel MRI Technologist for a 12-week assignment at an outpatient imaging center within a hospital system. The position requires a 50-mile residency requirement and is available for 40 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures according to established protocols
- Ensure patient safety and comfort during examinations
- Document patient information accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain equipment and ensure its proper functioning
Requirements
- Current ARRT (MR) certification or equivalent MRI technologist licensure
- Current AHA BLS certification (must not be expired)
- Valid driver’s license required for consideration
- Licenses required if applicable
Qualifications
Candidates must have a strong background in MRI technology and possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory.
