About the role
OneStaff Medical is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week assignment starting on August 3, 2026, in Lenexa, Kansas.
Responsibilities
- Perform MRI procedures under the supervision of a radiologist
- Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging sessions
- Accurately position patients for imaging and operate MRI equipment
- Document patient information and imaging results accurately
- Adhere to infection control protocols
- Communicate effectively with patients and other healthcare providers
Requirements
- Current state-issued MRI technologist license
- At least one year of relevant clinical experience
- Knowledge of MRI technology and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred in a health-related field
- Passing score on the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) exam
