Travel MRI Technologist - $2,231 per week
Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel MRI Technologist for a 13-week acute care assignment requiring ARRT (MR) certification and a minimum of 2 years of experience, with hands-on experience on GE MRI equipment.
Department has one GE 1.5T scanner
Average of 30 scans performed per 24-hour period
EMR system is Epic; PACS system is Fuji Synapse
10-hour night shifts on a 7-on/7-off schedule, Wednesday through Tuesday, 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Weekend and holiday coverage is required
Call requirement is typically one night per week and one weekend per month
No floating to other departments required
Radiologist available both in-house and remotely
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of MRI Technologist experience
- Active ARRT (MR) certification required; pending certifications not accepted
- BLS certification (AHA) required
- Experience on GE MRI equipment required
- Active state or compact (NLC) license required if applicable; pending licenses will not be accepted
- Candidates must reside at least 60 miles from the facility (CO, KS, and UT radius rule)
- A valid driver's license is used to verify permanent address
- A copy of your driver's license is required for consideration
- Two professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
- Ability to start IVs required
