Travel MRI Technologist - $1,912 per week

About the role

Aequor Allied is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a position in Brevard, North Carolina. The start date is ASAP and the duration is 13 weeks with a 36-hour workweek and a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures under the supervision of a radiologist
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during examinations
• Operate MRI equipment according to manufacturer’s guidelines and hospital policies
• Document patient information accurately and timely
• Adhere to infection control protocols

Requirements

• Current state-issued MRI technologist license
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience
• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
• Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
• Must be able to pass a physical examination

Skills

• Proficient in using MRI equipment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

The schedule is 12 hours per day, 36 hours per week.
