Travel MRI Technologist - $1,890 per week

About the role

The MRI Technologist position at American Medical Staffing is a travel job located in Port St. Lucie, Florida. This assignment is for 13 weeks, starting August 3, 2026, and requires 36 hours per week, rotating 12-hour shifts from Friday to Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Operate GE MRI equipment following safety and procedural protocols
• Perform acute care MRI and MRA procedures with attention to detail and precision
• Document and review imaging results, ensuring quality and accuracy in patient care
• Apply for and maintain necessary certifications and licenses

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a MRI Technologist
• BLS certification
• ARRT MRI and ARRT R certifications
• GE experience
• Valid MRI Technologist license
• Willingness to obtain Florida licensure

Qualifications

• Qualified candidates must have the required certifications and licenses
• Must be able to work flexible hours and shift rotations
• Must be able to travel to various locations as needed

Pay

The pay range is discussed with the recruiter and is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation).
