Travel MRI Technologist - $1,820 per week

Job Summary

MRI Technologist position located in Broomfield, Colorado. This role involves performing magnetic resonance imaging procedures in a fast-paced radiology department. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience and possess the required certifications to ensure high-quality patient care and accurate imaging.

Job Details

• Shift: Nights from 8:00 PM to 7:30 AM with call duties typically one night per week and one weekend per month.
• Schedule: Night shifts, 11.5 hours per shift, minimum of 34.5 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• BLS (American Heart Association)
• Certified MRI Technologist - ARRT (Medical Radiation)
• With a minimum of 2 years of MRI experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience on GE MRI scanners.

Department

Radiology - MRI, with one GE 1.5 Tesla scanner.

Department Notes

Hiring process includes profile review with MedSol Clinical, interview with unit manager at the facility, and department-specific orientation.

Additional Information

• The department performs approximately 30 scans/studies per day.
• There is an in-house radiologist available both in-person and online, and the department does not utilize Registered Radiology Assistants (RRA).
• Facility Requirements: Must start IVs as needed; may be required to float and cover other areas. Scrubs are provided, consisting of black pants and a royal blue top.
• Department specific orientation is provided, and the hospital has a cancellation policy allowing up to 4 shifts cancellation per 13-week assignment.

Pay Package

Based on 12 hour shifts and 34 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
