Job Details
- MRI Overnights
- Monday / Tuesday / Friday 12s shift from 7pm to 7:30am
Job Requirements
- Licenses/Certificates: License/Certificate Verification required within 30 days of start date; MA Conditional Licenses not accepted
- Medical Documentation: Fit Test (N95) required within 365 days of start date and updated annually
- Vaccinations: MMR vaccination or proof of immunity required
- TB Test documentation required within 3 months of start date and updated if break >6 months
- Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA required within 365 days of start date and updated if >6 month break
- Criminal Background Check within 45 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
- Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date and updated if >6 month break
- References: 2 references within 4 years required for submission, minimum 1 supervisor or above in skillset
- Education: Resume including past 7 years of work experience required for submission
- Skills: Skills Checklist must be completed within 1 year of submission
- Assignment/POI Form: Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions
- Background Checks: Education Verification required through background check, SSN Trace required with criminal check, National Sex Offender Check required within 30 days of start and updated annually, Exclusion Checks required within 30 days of start and annually
