About the Role

This is a 26-week assignment with one opening available, starting on 09/15/2026. The facility is an acute care hospital with 434 beds and a Level 2 trauma center, using the Epic charting system.

Pay

$2,482 to $2,643 weekly, including taxable wages and tax-free expense reimbursements.

Schedule

• 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts (05:00 - 17:30)
• Alternative: 3 days per week, 12-hour shifts (09:30 - 22:00)

Responsibilities & Skills

• Perform MRI scans for various body parts and conditions, including:
• Abdomen, Brain, Cervical, Diffusion (non-brain), Face/soft tissue neck, Female Pelvis, Foot, Hand, Head, Hip/bony pelvis, Knee, Lower extremity long bones, Lumbar, Male Pelvis, Orbits, Shoulder, Thoracic
• Conduct specialized imaging techniques:
• Gradient Echo Imaging, Magnetic resonance angiogram (MRA), Magnetic resonance cholangiopcreatography (MRCP), MR Angio Lower Extremity with Bilateral Runoff
• Image post-processing (Apparent diffusion coefficient mapping, subtraction, Maximum intensity projection (MIP), Multiplanar reconstruction (MRP))
• Operate and maintain MRI equipment from Philips and Siemens
• Use T-1 Weighted Images, T-2 Weighted Images, Spin Echo Images, and Surface Coils
• Prepare and/or administer contrast media
• Utilize PACS for image management

Requirements

• 1 year of experience as an MRI Tech
• Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• ARRT MR (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists - Magnetic Resonance)
• ARMRIT (American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists)
