About the role

Host Healthcare is seeking a travel MRI Technologist Supervisor for a 13-week assignment starting October 13, 2026, in San Francisco, California.

Responsibilities

• Supervise MRI Technologists to ensure high-quality patient care and compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of MRI results to referring physicians.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development and knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field.
• Current state licensure as an MRI Technologist.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
• Experience with MRI equipment and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
