Travel MRI Tech - $2,203 per week

About the role

Travel MRI Technologist position in Wichita, Kansas. Night shift, 3x12‑hour shifts per week (36 hours total), starting October 6, 2026 for a 13‑week assignment. The facility operates three GE MRI units (including two new GE Artist machines) and averages 32 exams per day. Uses Meditech/CPN EMR.

Responsibilities

• Administer contrast agents and operate MRI scanners to produce high‑contrast diagnostic images.
• Work night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekends (every‑other‑weekend schedule).
• Collaborate with a team emphasizing teamwork and patient‑centered care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Meditech/CPN EMR.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of current MRI Technologist experience.
• BLS certification.
• ARRT (MR) certification.
• Valid state license if applicable.

Qualifications

• Experience with GE MRI equipment preferred (including GE Artist machines).
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred.
• Critical care experience preferred.

• Reliable work history with no gaps exceeding 90 days in the past 12 months.
• Willingness to reside more than 50 miles from the facility (local candidates not considered).

Pay

Pay package is based on 12‑hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax‑free stipend amount to be determined.

Schedule

• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
• 3 shifts per week (3×12 hrs) = 36 hours weekly.
• Every‑other‑weekend requirement.
• Assignment length: 13 weeks, start date October 6, 2026.
