Travel MRI Tech - $2,262 per week

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel MRI Technologist for a 13‑week assignment in Centralia, Washington. Start date: October 19, 2026. The position requires 36 hours per week on 12‑hour night shifts. Employment type: travel.

Responsibilities

• Utilize knowledge of anatomy, physiology and MRI principles to safely and efficiently operate MRI scanners, assisting in the diagnosis of disease and injury.
• Ensure safety of patients, staff and visitors near the powerful magnetic field.
• Position patients and coils on the table that slides inside the MRI scanner.
• Inject contrast media as required.
• Set appropriate technical parameters, operate MRI scanners and related equipment, and observe image data on computer monitors during scans.
• Be familiar with differences between normal and abnormal images.
• Recognize and respond to life‑threatening situations.
• Assure compliance with federal, state, and local technical and professional regulations and accepted practice guidelines.
• Deliver quality, cost‑effective patient care in a professional manner.
• Work effectively to maintain an environment of excellence that is patient‑focused, providing timely, compassionate, quality patient care.
• Promote and maintain a safe work environment for staff and customers, incorporating national patient safety initiatives.

Requirements

• Completion of a two‑year approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• Valid state radiology registration as required by state law.
• Eighteen months of MRI Tech experience preferred, ideally in a critical care setting.
• Registry by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT).

Pay
