Travel MICU RN - $2,219 per week

Junxion Med Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN for a Medical Intensive Care Unit (MICU) assignment in Peoria, Illinois.

About the Role

This travel nursing assignment lasts 13 weeks, starting on August 31, 2026. The facility is a trauma-level hospital with specific requirements for MICU experience.

Schedule

• 12-hour night shifts
• 36 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Interpret EKG strips
• Manage arterial lines and central lines
• Care for ventilated patients
• Titrate vasopressors
• Provide critical care for diagnoses such as Sepsis, ARDS, Pneumonia, AKI, ETOH withdrawal, and Overdose

Requirements

• Active Illinois (IL) RN license or confirmation of application in process
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification (AHA)
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification (AHA)
• Experience in a MICU setting
• Negative drug screen for all panels (OSF is a drug-free campus)

Pay

Estimated weekly pay includes projected hourly wages and weekly meal and lodging per diems for eligible clinicians based on nationally published GSA rates. Actual weekly pay and per diems may differ and are subject to change during an assignment.
