About the role
HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a travel Mental Health Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Falls Church, Virginia.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to adolescent patients under supervision.
- Adhere to unit-specific patient ratios and documentation systems.
- Work in a team environment with RNs, managers, and other mental health clinicians.
- Operate within a computerized documentation system (Meditech Expanse).
- Schedule work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Floating policy available if needed or flexible scheduling.
- Ensure compliance with patient experience requirements.
Requirements
- Masters Degree in Social Work or Counseling.
- Licensed to practice therapy in Virginia.
Qualifications
- Experience in behavioral health preferred, but open to training.
- Experience working with adults is preferred but not required.
Skills
- CPI certification and CPR preferred, but will offer training.
