Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care for a diverse patient population and perform individualized assessments to develop personalized care plans
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments
- Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications
- Monitor patients and initiate alternative actions when adverse symptoms occur
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed
