Responsibilities

• Provide bedside care for a variety of patients and conduct individualized assessments to develop personalized care plans.
• Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
• Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications.
• Monitor patients and initiate alternative actions when adverse symptoms occur.
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Technical proficiency in procedures such as dressing changes, catheter insertions, and IV starts.
• Ability to respond promptly to patient needs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
