Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care for a variety of patients and conduct individualized assessments to develop personalized care plans.
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.
- Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications.
- Monitor patients and initiate alternative actions when adverse symptoms occur.
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
- Technical proficiency in procedures such as dressing changes, catheter insertions, and IV starts.
- Ability to respond promptly to patient needs.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams.
