Travel MedSurg RN

About the role

MedSurg RNs provide bedside care for a diverse patient population, performing individualized assessments to develop tailored care plans. They prepare medical equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications
• Respond to adverse symptoms with appropriate interventions
• Change dressings, insert catheters, and initiate IVs as needed

Qualifications

• Current nursing license
• Relevant clinical experience in MedSurg
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to collaborate with healthcare team and adapt to patient needs
