Responsibilities MedSurg RNs provide bedside care for diverse patients, conducting individualized assessments to develop tailored care plans. They prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments. Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medicationsIdentify and respond to adverse symptoms with appropriate interventionsChange dressings, insert catheters, and initiate IVs as needed Qualifications & Skills Current nursing license and relevant clinical experienceStrong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
