Responsibilities
- Provide bedside care
- Perform individualized patient assessments
- Develop personalized care plans
- Prepare equipment and assist physicians during examinations and treatments
- Prepare, administer, and document prescribed medications
- Respond to adverse symptoms with alternative actions
- Change dressings, insert catheters, and start IVs as needed
Requirements
- Relevant nursing license
- Clinical experience in MedSurg
- Strong assessment and patient care skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication
