Responsibilities
- Perform routine and complex laboratory tests across hematology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, and blood banking
- Analyze, interpret, and report accurate results
- Maintain quality assurance and troubleshoot laboratory instruments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field
- Certification as a Medical Technologist (ASCP or equivalent)
- Previous clinical laboratory experience preferred
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems and protocols
