About the Role
This position is responsible for performing and verifying complex laboratory tests in a high-volume clinical setting.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain laboratory instrumentation, ensuring quality control
- Accurately document and report results to healthcare teams
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary staff to optimize patient outcomes
- Adhere to safety, compliance, and confidentiality standards
Requirements
- Certification as a Medical Technologist (MT), Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT), or equivalent
- Minimum of one year recent experience in a clinical laboratory
- Proficiency in hematology, chemistry, immunology, and microbiology tests
- Experience with laboratory information systems
