Job Summary
A Medical Surgical with Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) is needed for a healthcare facility located in Omaha, Nebraska. The position involves working night shifts at a 60-bed unit specializing in adult patient care with some pediatric cases. The role requires providing quality care to patients with various diagnoses, including post-surgical conditions, diabetes, heart failure, hypertension, weakness, and cancer. The RN will participate in a team-oriented environment within an acute care setting, utilizing an electronic medical record system to deliver patient care.
Job Details
- Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 48 hours per week
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- BLS Certification
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience
- Covid-19 vaccination status required
- Driver's license required at submission to verify radius compliance
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a pass/fail skills exam during orientation with a score of 90% or higher
- Candidates may not be full-time, part-time, or PRN with any facility associated with the organization, including affiliated entities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with EPIC charting system
- Pediatric patient care experience
- Bilingual skills (especially Korean speaking)
