Job Summary
The healthcare organization is seeking a Medical Surgical with Telemetry Registered Nurse for a facility in Belleville, Illinois. This role involves providing care to adult and geriatric patients within a 24-bed unit, utilizing a comprehensive approach to surgical and medical patient needs, particularly those following the ERAS (Enhanced Recovery after Surgery) protocol. The position offers an opportunity to work a 12-hour day shift, with a focus on surgical patient care and telemetry monitoring.

Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, 36 hours per week, starting on 08/24/2026
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of experience
- Current BCLS (Basic Cardiac Life Support) certification
- Illinois state nursing license in hand or MO/compact license
- Recent experience with surgical patients, neuro, ortho, and post-surgical care
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in neuro surgeries
- Proficiency in ortho total joints and fractures
- Telemetry
- Electronic charting with EPIC
Patient Ratios
Patient Ratios: 6 patients during the day, 6 at night, and 6 on weekends.

Pay Package
