About the role
A Medical Surgical with Telemetry Nursing position is available in Burlington, Massachusetts. This role involves providing specialized inpatient care on a hem/onc unit that supports patients undergoing treatments related to blood disorders and cancer. The position requires adapting to a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient-centered nursing support, including weekend rotations.
Schedule
- 12-hour night shifts
- Minimum of 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend
Responsibilities
- Provide specialized inpatient care on a hem/onc unit
Requirements
- Valid nursing license
- 2 or more years of nursing experience
- Experience with oncology (ONC) patients or floors is preferred
- No local candidates allowed
- Must be separated from the employer for at least 6 months
- Completed orientation on Mondays
- Prior experience with hematology/oncology care
- Ability to work in a flexible environment
- Utilize any color scrubs
