Travel Medical Surgical Telemetry RN - $2,500 per week

About the role

Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS Tele) nursing position located in en_US. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care in a medical-surgical telemetry setting within an acute care environment. The position requires collaboration within a virtual integrated care nursing model and adherence to unit-specific protocols.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to a virtual integrated care nursing model and follow the provided schedule.
• Provide care for patients with diagnoses such as congestive heart failure, diabetes, pneumonia, chronic kidney disease, and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Participate in float rotations to medical‑surgical units and possibly the Progressive Care Unit for telemetry holds prior to transfer.
• Engage in patient read strips and utilize CPAP, BiPAP, and high‑flow respiratory equipment.
• Maintain a 6:1 patient‑to‑RN ratio.
• Work every other weekend and holiday shifts, with orientation for department‑specific protocols.

Requirements

• BLS Certification
• Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in Med Surg/Telemetry
• Valid RN nursing license (willing to wait for license submission)

Schedule

12‑hour day shifts, minimum 48 hours per week.
