About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a 13-week assignment starting August 9, 2026, in Mequon, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit.
- Perform assessments, treatments, and interventions as necessary.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Wisconsin.
- Current BLS certification.
Qualifications
- Experience in Med Surg / Telemetry preferred.
- Knowledge of telemetry monitoring systems.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Skills
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR).

Pay
The pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
