Requirements

• Active RN license
• 3+ years of nursing experience
• Proficient in clinical assessment and critical thinking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience delivering patient-centered care
• Commitment to quality and safety
• Nurse to patient ratio 1:5 or flexed to 1:6
• Care for therapy to PCU level of care
• ACLS and BLS certifications maintained
• Residency outside a 60 mile radius of the facility

Skills

• Experience with electronic medical record systems such as EPIC and Pyxis (preferred; training can be provided)
• HARP and CPI certifications (preferred; training can be provided)
• No call or holidays required
