About the role

Medical Surgical with Telemetry (MS TELE), located in the specified area, is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join the healthcare team. This position involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients within a hospital setting, utilizing the nursing process to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The Registered Nurse will utilize the nursing process in caring for assigned patients, completing assessments, and individualizing care plans within established guidelines. Responsibilities include organizing, prioritizing, and performing nursing skills appropriate for the patient population, documenting care accurately, and facilitating patient education and discharge planning. Collaboration with other disciplines and supporting unit/hospital goals through participation in educational activities are essential.

Requirements

• Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License
• BLS certification
• NIHSS certification (Muskogee, South, Vinita)
• 0-6 months of related experience
• Epic experience (Muskogee, South, Vinita)

Qualifications

• Epic experience in South, Vinita, Yale
• ACLS certification (Vinita)

Schedule

Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
