Travel Medical/Surgical Telemetry RN - $1,924 per week
About the role
A Hospital in Iowa is looking for an experienced Telemetry RN for a travel contract.
The right candidate will have 2+ years of experience, hold an active BLS, ACLS, and IA license (or compact).
Responsibilities
- Provide telemetry monitoring services to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring.
- Assess patient conditions and document observations accurately.
- Report changes in patient status to healthcare providers promptly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Iowa or a compact state.
- Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
- Knowledge of telemetry equipment and its proper use.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
- Experience in a telemetry unit preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills.
