Travel Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse - $2,194 per week

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care to adult Medical-Surgical patients.
• Monitor patient conditions, perform assessments, administer medications, and coordinate interdisciplinary care.
• Interpret telemetry strips and respond appropriately to patient changes.
• Float within the facility or assist other departments and nearby locations as needed within your scope of practice.

Requirements

• Active Wisconsin RN License
• AHA or ARC BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of recent Medical-Surgical RN experience
• Telemetry interpretation skills required
• Epic experience preferred
• Emergency Department or ICU experience is a plus

Assignment Highlights

• 13-week contract
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 20-bed Medical-Surgical unit with a shared 3-bed ICU
• Typical daily census: 8–10 patients
• Nurse-to-patient ratios: Days/Evenings: 1:4–5 Nights: 1:6–7
• Every other weekend and holiday rotation
