Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical/Surgical/Telemetry
Location: New York
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with various medical conditions.
• Manage patient care in accordance with protocols and procedures.
• Perform phlebotomy and IV insertion as required.
• Monitor and interpret patient vitals and dysrhythmias.
• Activate Rapid Response Teams as needed.
• Practice isolation precautions and utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) effectively.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience in a Medical-Surgical or Telemetry setting.
• Current BLS certification required.
• New York RN license required in hand for submission.
• Experience with EPIC charting system preferred.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
