We are seeking a skilled Telemetry RN to provide quality care in a fast-paced, 49-bed unit.Key Highlights:Unit Profile: 49-bed Telemetry unit with a 1:5 patient ratio.Clinical Focus: Cardiac (CHF, post-cath), respiratory, diabetic management, and post-operative orthopedic care.Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7p–7a). Self-scheduling is available, subject to manager balancing.Support: Dedicated Charge Nurse, House Supervisor, and Nurse Aides (1:10–15 ratio) on-site.Requirements:Experience: 2+ years of experience; prior experience with CVA/TIA and total joint replacements is preferred.Clinical Skills: Proficiency in reading telemetry strips, managing BiPAP/CPAP, and set-rate Diltiazem/Cardizem drips.Certifications: Active BLS and ACLS.Radius Policy: Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility.
