ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Danbury, North Carolina. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in Med/Surg and Telemetry to join our team. Start date: 11/02/2026. Duration: 13 weeks. 36 hours per week. Your primary responsibilities will involve monitoring patients, administering medications, and providing high-quality care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and patient conditions in a telemetry setting.
• Administer blood products and manage IVs.
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias.
• Provide oxygen therapy and maintain airway management.
• Implement isolation precautions and follow PPE guidelines.
• Support and manage patients with diagnoses such as COPD, CHF, and Diabetes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of Med/Surg and Telemetry nursing experience.
• Active RN license (NC or Compact license) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications preferred.

Schedule

Night shift: 3×12‑hour shifts from 18:45 to 07:15, totaling 36 hours per week.
