Travel Medical-Surgical RN - $2,775 per week

Job Summary

This Medical Surgical Floor (MS) nursing position is located in Des Moines, Iowa. The role involves providing high-quality patient care on a 22-bed general medical-surgical unit with a patient ratio of 5:1. The position requires the nurse to be flexible with floating across multiple campuses and includes night shifts.

Job Details

Shift: Nights (12 hours)
Schedule: Night shifts, 48 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Iowa or multistate licensed healthcare professional with at least 24 months of recent Medical Surgical (Med Surg) or Telemetry experience.
• EPIC electronic medical system experience and a de-escalation certificate (such as MAB, MOAB, CPI, or SAMA) are highly preferred and can be obtained during onboarding.

Preferred Qualifications

• Trauma level I experience
• De-escalation certification
• Prior travel experience within the past 18 months

Additional Information

• The position is a LPN role.
• Employee must have BLS certification from AHA or ARC/Red Cross.

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 48 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
