Travel nursing assignment in Rockford, Illinois. Unit: 10th Floor Medical/Surgical – Orthopedic Patients. Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM, 12-hour days, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to medical/surgical and orthopedic patients
• Perform patient assessments and deliver clinical interventions
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements

• 2–3 years of Med Surg nursing experience
• Orthopedic patient care experience preferred
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Must be willing to work weekends and holidays
• Candidate’s permanent address must be more than 50 miles from the facility
