• First-time travelers: Accepted
• Pending license: Not accepted
• Local candidates: Not accepted — must live more than 50 miles from facility
• Floating: Required to like units within skill set
• RTO: No strict restriction; preferably under 7 days
• 2 professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
• EPIC charting experience preferred/expected
