Travel Medical-Surgical RN - $2,210 per week

Job Summary

The Medical/Surgical Floor RN will provide patient care on a 12-hour night shift, managing adult medical-surgical patients with a patient ratio of 1:5-6. Responsibilities include managing EPIC charting, handling Med/Surg, COVID cases, and procedures such as pre/post catheterization, pacemaker post-care, and TR Bands.

Required Qualifications

• WI RN License
• AHA Basic Life Support (BLS)
• 3+ years of nursing experience
• 1 travel contract experience
• EPIC charting within the last year
• Associate Degree or Certificate
• Experience with Med/Surg and COVID patients
• Ability to manage change
• Resilient, social candidate

Shift Requirements

• 12-hour nights
• Up to every other weekend and holiday rotation as needed

Additional Information

• Previous travel experience required
• Willingness to float within the facility across all ThedaCare facilities within a 60-mile radius
• Missed shifts must be made up within 2 weeks
• Scrub colors are black
• No on-call or callback required
• Experience with pre/post cath, pacemaker post-care, TR bands, and pediatric patients (rare) preferred

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
