About the role
A travel nurse RN Med Surg position is available in Mayfield, Kentucky.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in a Med Surg setting.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures.
- Assist with patient care including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with treatments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Kentucky.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
Qualifications
- Experience in Med Surg setting preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and pharmacology.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Skills
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills.
