Travel Medical Surgical RN - $2,085 per week

About the role

The Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) will provide care to patients in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating clinical excellence and compassion. This role requires a nurse who is flexible and willing to float across multiple campuses as needed.

Schedule

• Night shift: 19:00 to 07:00
• 3×12-hour shifts per week (36 hours total)
• 13-week contract position

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, interpreting dysrhythmias
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Manage dysrhythmias and provide emergency care using rapid response and code teams
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding healthcare needs
• Practice isolation precautions and maintain patient safety during care

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of recent medical-surgical nursing experience
• Current RN license (Ohio or compact)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with Epic charting system preferred
• Recent travel experience within the last year; first-time travelers are not accepted

Pay

Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. Contract and local rates may vary based on location and applicant residency.
