About the role

This Medical Surgical Floor registered nurse position is located in Torrington, Wyoming. The role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for adult patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. The RN will utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality patient care and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care
• Administer medications
• Monitor patient progress
• Document all care activities in accordance with facility policies and regulatory requirements
• Work with adult patients with diverse medical conditions

Requirements

• Current, valid RN license in Wyoming
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• At least 1 year of recent acute care hospital experience as a Registered Nurse in the specialty area

Qualifications

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Professional certification relevant to medical-surgical nursing

Schedule

• Night shifts, 12-hour shifts
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
