Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (MS) at a healthcare facility in Wheatland, Wyoming. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients on a medical-surgical floor. The position requires delivering safe, effective, and patient-centered care in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Develop and execute individualized care plans
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Provide ongoing patient education
• Document all clinical activities accurately
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Deliver direct patient care, delegation, and supervision
• Interact with patients, families, healthcare team members, and external contacts to ensure high-quality nursing services

Requirements

• Current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a valid RN license for the applicable state or jurisdiction
• BLS certification
• Minimum of one year of acute care experience preferred
• Experience in a clinical setting applicable to the specialty
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 75 pounds as necessary, with proper body mechanics and safety precautions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Additional certifications and relevant experience may enhance candidacy

Schedule

• Night shifts, 12-hour shifts
• Minimum of 36 hours per week
