Medical Surgical Floor (MS) at a healthcare facility seeking a qualified nurse for night shifts. The position involves telemetry experience, requires at least two years of medical‑surgical experience, proficiency with the EPIC electronic health record system, and travel experience. The role may require floating within the skill set or to sites within 40 miles depending on operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care on a medical‑surgical floor during night shifts.
• Utilize telemetry monitoring as part of patient care.
• Document and manage patient information using the EPIC EHR system.
• Float to other units or sites within a 40‑mile radius as needed.
• Adhere to facility nail policy: no artificial or acrylic nails; nails kept short (¼ inch).

Requirements

• Valid RN nursing license.
• Minimum of two years of medical‑surgical nursing experience.
• Telemetry background.
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health record system.
• Travel nursing experience.
• Current license/certificate verification.
• Three professional references.
• Completion of Ascension skills checklist.
