Travel Medical Surgical RN - $2,000 per week

AMN Healthcare Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Winchester, Tennessee. Start date: ASAP (target 9/27/2026). Duration: 13 weeks, 36 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to adult patients in a dynamic medical‑surgical unit
• Assess patient conditions
• Administer medications
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support recovery and discharge planning

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license in Tennessee or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) eligibility
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Meditech experience required
• HWC‑Handle with Care (can likely be completed at the facility)
• SSN and date of birth required

Qualifications

• Experience in medical‑surgical nursing
• Strong clinical judgment
• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems
• HWC‑Handle with Care (preferred)
