Job Summary

The Medical Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Lewiston, Idaho. This role involves providing high-quality care to adult and geriatric patients on a busy medical-surgical floor, with a focus on patient-centered treatment and teamwork.

Job Details

• Shift: Nights
• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• RN degree
• BLS certification
• 1 year of experience
• Located within 60 miles of Lewiston, Idaho

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with adult and geriatric patients
• Familiarity with Meditech electronic medical record system
• Caregiving and team-oriented personality

Additional Information

• The unit handles common diagnoses such as pneumonia, postoperative care, and alcohol withdrawal
• The unit has 30 beds with patient ratios of 1:5 and remote tele equipment
• The RN may float to other departments with the exception of ICU or OB
• Dress code is scrub uniforms of any color, or provided scrubs

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
