About the role
Host Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a 20-week assignment starting September 21, 2026, in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients requiring medical-surgical interventions
- Assist in maintaining patient health and comfort
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Document patient care accurately and timely
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Missouri
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in medical-surgical nursing preferred
Qualifications
- Passing score on the NCLEX-RN exam
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
The pay package is based on an 8-hour shift and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation), with a tax-free stipend to be determined.
