Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Surgical specialty
Shift: Nights (12-hour shifts)
Schedule: 36 hours per week, with every other weekend and call requirements as needed
Required Qualifications
Virginia RN licensure
BLS (Basic Life Support)
Minimum of 1 year of experience
Degree or certification as an RN
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of Medical Surgical experience
Previous experience with Meditech electronic health record system
Additional Information
Unit serves all age groups with a patient ratio of 1:6
Includes 24 beds with comprehensive surgical, emergency, and outpatient services
Must have required certifications prior to start and consent for drug screening and criminal background check
Dress code: Scrubs (any color), casual wear is not accepted

Pay Package
The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
