About the role
Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse position available in a healthcare facility located in southern Tennessee. The role involves providing patient care across all age groups within a busy medical surgical environment, requiring Meditech experience. The assignment is scheduled to start on 09/27/2026 and conclude on 01/03/2027, with a commitment of at least 36 hours per week and 12-hour day shifts.
The unit has 44 beds with patient ratios of 1:6. The facility serves patients of all ages and provides comprehensive medical services including Meditech electronic health record system. The unit is a Level II Trauma designation with a Medical Surgical department utilizing a combination of 1 role (RN). Float rotation may be required.
Orientation is weekly, on Mondays. Candidates must be located 60 miles or greater from the facility to be considered for this travel assignment.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Certification/Licensure required to work as an RN in Tennessee
- 2+ years of MedSurg experience
- BLS certification
- Valid nursing license for Tennessee
- Meditech experience
- All travelers must have required certifications prior to start; client reserves the right to require additional certifications
