Travel Medical-Surgical RN - $1,850 per week

Medical Surgical Floor RN in Athens, Tennessee. This position involves providing patient care in a Medical/Surgical unit with adult and geriatric populations. The role includes critical thinking, teamwork, and adherence to clinical standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients
• Monitor patient conditions
• Utilize equipment such as bladder scanners and glucometers
• Collaborate with the healthcare team

Requirements

• Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Current RN licensure to work in Tennessee
• At least 1 year of clinical experience

Qualifications

• Experience with critically ill adult and geriatric patients
• Knowledge of common diagnoses such as pneumonia, cerebrovascular accident, cardiac conditions, post-surgical care, electrolyte imbalances, and deep vein thrombosis

Schedule

Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.

Pay

Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36.0 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
