Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to adults and geriatric patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, trauma, and orthopedic conditions in a 42-bed inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting
• Work with a multidisciplinary team to restore patient independence and function
• Use Epic electronic medical record (EMR) and Pyxis medication dispensing systems

Requirements

• Active Oregon RN license
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• At least 1 year of recent RN experience in inpatient rehabilitation or medical-surgical nursing
• Epic EMR experience is required
• Long-term care experience is not accepted

• Pay rate: $1684.00 - $1770.00
• 36 hours per week
• 12 hour night shifts
