We need to ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Posted Date". We omitted. Check for any duplicated content: Benefits listed also includes 401k retirement plan and referral bonus; we have them. We have not included "About Cross Country Nurses" paragraph; maybe we could incorporate into About the role? But we already have About the role with job summary. The "About Cross Country Nurses" is generic marketing; could be considered boilerplate? It's not required to include; but it's substantive? It's about the company, not the role. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." The About Cross Country Nurses is substantive info about the company. Should we include? It could be placed under a section like "About the employer" but not in allowed headings. Since we only allowed specific headings, we might need to incorporate it into About the role or maybe drop? The instruction says we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include that paragraph somewhere. We could add a paragraph after About the role maybe as a separatewithout heading? That's allowed; we can have
prose anywhere. The rule: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. It doesn't forbid extra
outside sections. So we can add a
for the About Cross Country Nurses paragraph.
Thus after About the role heading we could have the job summary
, then another
for the company description.

Now check we haven't missed any substantive info: Additional Information: Position located on a 24-bed general medicine unit. Nurse-to-patient ratio approximately 1:6. Must adhere to dress code: navy blue scrubs. Fingernails must comply with TJC and CMS guidelines; shoes must be close-toed with backs. No call requirements.
We haven't included that. That's substantive. Where to put? Could be under About the role or Responsibilities? Perhaps under About the role as additional details. Or we could create a new section like "Details" but not allowed. So we can add another under About the role or maybe under Responsibilities? Better to add a
after the company description under About the role.
